1.Pulicat Lake


The name ‘Nellore’ literally means ‘Paddy Place’ and is thus one of the primary agricultural cities in Andhra Pradesh. The vast paddy fields of Damaramadugu are one of the prime sources of rice in the state and in the country. The town is split in two by the Pennar River and is thus located at both the banks of the river. Towards the east of the city is the Bay of Bengal and thus Nellore is at a unique and strategic geographical location. 2.Udayagiri Fort

At a distance of 14 km from Nagercoil town, & 34 km from Kanyakumari, the Udayagiri Fort is an ancient fort situated at Thuckalay town in the Kanyakumari district of Tamilnadu. It is one of the famous places of heritage in Tamilnadu, and among the most prominent tourist places in Kanyakumari.

3.Nellapattu Bird Sanctuary



Nelapattu Bird Sanctuary is a bird sanctuary in Tirupati districtAndhra PradeshIndia, near the village of Nelapattu. It has an area of 458.92 hectares. It is an important breeding site for spot-billed pelicans.

4.Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple


Srirangam is the foremost of the eight self-manifested shrines (Swayam Vyakta Kshetras) of Lord Vishnu . It is also considered the first, foremost and the most important of the 108 main Vishnu temples (Divyadesams). This temple is also known as Thiruvaranga Tirupati, Periyakoil, Bhoologa Vaikundam, Bhogamandabam. In the Vaishnava parlance the term "KOIL" signifies this temple only. The temple is enormous in size. The temple complex is 156 acres in extent. It has seven prakaras or enclosures. These enclosures are formed by thick and huge rampart walls which run round the sanctum. There are 21 magnificent towers in all prakaras providing a unique sight to any visitor. this temple lies on an islet formed by the twin rivers Cauvery and Coleroon.

5.Mypad Beach

Mypadu Beach, a mesmerising beach with pristine seawater and golden brown sand, is located on the west coast of India. It is about 25 kilometres from Nellore, Andhra Pradesh and lies on the coast of the magnificent Bay of Bengal. One can take a long peaceful stroll across the beach or sit in the sand, contemplate about life or just absorb the beauty of the location.
